About the event
This is a brief, yet informative workshop intended to equip participants with practical childbirthing knowledge and valuable tools to support them during their birth and postpartum experience. The workshop will act as a sneak peak to the upcoming six week series, offering people an opportunity to get a taste of who I am, how I teach my classes, and what information I will be bringing to the table. It will also give expectant parents a chance to connect, relate, and build community.
