Why a Doula?

Bringing life into this world is the most powerful gift we are given as women and is one of the most exciting and transformative times in our lives.

Though birth is a very personal time, it requires a lot of energy that may or may not be available in our personal lives.  A doula is there to devote that time and energy, offering confidence in the process and comfort to the environment. 
 
The intention is to help facilitate the most positive and empowering birthing experience one could hope for.
